- I picked Seikou Martial Arts
in Pensacola
because I like that its goals are to build character (not
competition.) An example is the “Student Creed” that the
students say and try to live by. The instructors really
emphasize good character strengths and make karate fun as
well.

grandson at Seikou Martial Arts for a couple of reasons. The

- I received a flyer from my
son’s school and I decided to call. The first phone call
impression was very comforting. I did not feel pushed or
uncomfortable with the conversation with Mr.
Doug Davis. When I
came in for the first time I did not feel like I had to sign
my son up. I was able to try out the school and feel
comfortable with the decision. Both
Mr. Davis and Mr. Elaawar are wonderful.

- As an adult student that has
never taken martial arts before I was very nervous. I liked
the atmosphere and Sensei Davis made me comfortable from the
get go. After my first class I had I liked everybody’s
attitude and well… I just felt good.

- I've always wanted to do
martial arts but I never found a school with a good
atmosphere but at Seikou Martial Arts Academy it's such a
wonderful place to be. When I started karate I never dreamed
that I would be where I am today. Sensei Davis is a great
guy and an inspiration to all of us. I wouldn't want to be
anywhere else but here at Seikou.
Since I've been at Seikou I've learned respect for myself
and others. I've also learned that not everything is a
competition. Your only real competition is with yourself.
